Cindy has 35 years of long-term care program development, healthcare administration, financial management. She has been an owner/operator of multiple assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities in AZ, CO and NV. Cindy is the past president of Arizona Health Care Association (AHCA), and member of the AHCCCS SNF/Assisted Living workgroup group.
